On the ground floor, guests are welcomed by an incredibly spacious, open plan dining room. In addition to this space, the fully equipped kitchen also holds French doors leading out to the outdoor area; creating seamless indoor, outdoor living.

The living room can be found on the first floor, alongside the four bedrooms, bathroom and shower room.  Each room is thoughtfully designed to offer comfort and style, ensuring that every guest feels right at home.

Outdoors, there is a large terrace for guests to enjoy morning coffee or a light lunch in the shade. For evening al fresco meals, the built-in barbecue is on hand for anyone who wants to partake in cooking. The private swimming pool offers a refreshing escape on warm days, and the expansive 8,016 m² garden provides a lush playground for outdoor activities.

In addition, Solis features three private parking spaces, ensuring smooth arrivals and departures and pets are warmly welcomed, creating a homey atmosphere for all family members.
