With the addition of an adjoining two-bedroom apartment, Casa Arenita is the ideal location for groups of families and friends. The villa is set in sunny Costa Blanca, complete with an idyllic garden and outdoor pool. Inside, guests will find two lovely double bedrooms, each complete with a bathroom en suite. The ground floor also features a laundry room and garage. Upstairs, guests will discover a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious dining room, nicely decorated with local artwork and a fireplace. The living room is bright and airy, the perfect spot to relax and unwind after dinner. The first floor also features a double bedroom with en suite.

There are lovely open-air dining facilities and a covered outdoor seating area, including a satellite kitchen and bar. The secondary apartment can be optionally rented to increase the accommodation, complete with two bedrooms with en suites and a kitchen. The villa is located in the exclusive Montiboli area, part of Villajoyosa's small fishing village where all amenities can be found. The area is known for its beautiful beaches and colourful houses. The villa also boasts direct access to Asparallo Beach.

Please note that not all rooms will be available for lower occupancies at this villa. Prices for up to 6 include the main house only. Prices for 7 or above includes the additional annex with two additional bedrooms sleeping up to four.  
Groups of 6 or less can select the villa plus apartment but will be subject to additional costs.
