About the villa
Over an acre of oasis gardens surround this luxurious and leisurely house, where broad lawns are punctuated with palms and olive trees, flower-filled planters adorn paved terraces, and curtained pergolas are perfectly placed beside a large private pool. With a warm spicy colour-wash, and air conditioning throughout, the villa itself is sublimely stylish, its décor a tasteful contemporary twist on traditional Moroccan design.
The dining room and earth-toned sitting room are complemented, for al fresco living, by a tiled and shaded dining terrace overlooking the garden, and a chic and comfortable roof terrace, forming an outdoor living room and framing fabulous views of the Atlas Mountains. And, for peaceful privacy, each of the three bedrooms has its own furnished terrace, along with en suite bath or shower room. An elegant new garden suite with beautiful shower room is a private spot for a couple, located separately from the main villa.
Full time maid/cook service provides the chance to sample local and European dishes; concierge services could include arrangements for activities including guided tours of Marrakech. Guests of Dar Tamazerte share the estate facilities including a tennis court and fitness room.

Guests are looked after by the staff, and the villa is not available for self-catering. The kitchen is for staff use only but guests can store drinks, snacks, medication and baby foods in the refrigerator. Special dietary requirements, food allergies, dislikes can be accommodated. Please advise on booking. Please see notes on cook service below.
Please note that not all rooms will be available for lower occupancies at this villa. Please note for prices up to 6 people, the guest annexe will be closed.
Mid - March - end of October Minimum stay 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday. Christmas and New Year Minimum stay 7 nights to include either Christmas or New Year, starting either 22 or 23 December or 29th /30 December for New Year.
November, December (up to Christmas) January (from New Year), February, up to nid March, shorter stays of minimum 3 nights are accepted with flexible arrival day. Please enquire for a quotation.

The pool and terraces at this villa are south facing.
Morocco is an enjoyable destination all-year round. It has a dry, continental climate which means hot summer days with cooler evenings and pleasantly mild winters.
Please note that a float of £400 will be required to be paid on arrival as an advance against the cost of meals etc.

OWNER MANAGED
The Villa Manager will welcome you on arrival, visit the villa as needed and assist with organising transfers, excursions, booking restaurants as required and be available by telephone during your stay.

Arrival from 16:00. Departure by 10:30, this is flexible provided no guests are arriving the same day.
