Luxuriantly landscaped gardens encircle this supremely elegant house, offering a very high standard of comfort and excellent service. Within the house are high-ceilinged rooms, sumptuously styled with rich fabrics, complemented by beautiful prints and paintings. A gracious dining room opens to a shaded al fresco dining area. The dining room is open-plan to the supremely elegant living room, which itself opens out to the main garden terrace beautifully furnished with soft seating,  perfect for pre-dinner drinks. 

Each of the two ground floor bedrooms also opens out to its own terrace. The Master bedroom on the first floor opens out to the comfortable roof terrace, forming an outdoor living room with sofas and table and framing fabulous views of the Atlas Mountains. Within the grounds, a swimming pool is served by a pool changing house and overlooked by a poolside dining pergola; and a tennis court (shared with other houses on this private estate) and fitness room keep the active occupied. And the whole ensemble is served by dedicated staff, who include a House Manager, cook and housekeeper, providing the chance to sample local and European dishes.

Important Information

Guests are looked after by the staff, and the villa is not available for self-catering. The kitchen is for staff use only but guests can store drinks, snacks and baby foods in the refrigerator. Special dietary requirements, food allergies, dislikes can be accommodated. Please advise on booking. 

Flexible arrival day and duration: : Minimum stay 7  nights all year round.

The maid can do laundry for guests at an additional charge when time allows.

The pool and terraces at this villa are south facing.

Morocco is an enjoyable destination all-year round. It has a dry, continental climate which means hot summer days with cooler evenings and pleasantly mild winters.

Please note that pool heating will usually bring the water temperature up to approximately 10 degrees higher than the night time temperature. As such in early or late season if the nights time temperatures are low, guests may still find the pool feels cold despite heating.
