Casa Montecarlo is a newly renovated two bedroom villa that promises guests a blissful retreat in the heart of the Tuscan countryside. With a large gated pool, comfortable indoor and outdoor living spaces, stylish décor and a great location, this villa is perfect for families with small children.

Inside the villa, the open plan living area and dining room blend perfectly to create an inviting space for guests to socialise and enjoy local cuisines together, whilst allowing natural light to flow freely from room to room and command the space. The living area leads out onto the patio, granting direct access to the garden and the pool. The kitchen is fitted with a breakfast bar, for a quick, convenient meal whenever suits. Upstairs, both bedrooms have their own colourful en suite. The master bedroom’s balcony overlooks both the pool and garden - the perfect spot for an elevated view of rural Tuscany. The other bedroom has a terrace, fitted with a table, chairs, and a couple of sun loungers for relaxing days under the sun.

Outside, Casa Montecarlo is surrounded by a large enclosed green space, allowing guests to take in the picturesque surroundings in complete comfort and privacy, with further options for dining on the patio. Average weather

Although they are only 17km apart, Pisa and Lucca instantly feel like different worlds. The former is a lively student city on the River Arno, and has one of the world’s most recognizable monuments: the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Understated Lucca is compact and genteel, ideal for a Tuscany villa nearby, with handsome piazzas that frame churches in the Luccan-Romanesque style. Those on a Lunigiana holiday occupy the Apennine foothills in far north-western Tuscany. It is rolling, blissfully empty terrain whose few inhabitants have cultural links with neighbouring Liguria.
