About the villa

Ideal for visitors seeking a comfortable, quiet and relaxing stay, Arte Verde is secluded and well-equipped. The villa is surrounded by a lovely garden with  a pool and lush stretches of lawn, and designed with spacious terraces that are perfect for outdoor living. The property is newly built, sleek and modern with a main house and two more bedrooms under the pool. Set on two storeys, Arte Verde is laid out with bright and airy interiors with large glass doors that showcase the incredible surrounding landscape. The ground floor features a sleek living area with a kitchen and dining area, plus a luxury suite complete with an indulgent in-room Jacuzzi. This floor also features two large double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, and a fourth bathroom with a shower. The first floor can be accessed via an external staircase and includes another lovely living and dining room, kitchen, and two en suite bedrooms. The annexe features a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms and two shower rooms. 

Designed especially for a luxurious stay, this villa also includes a wellness area with a sauna and treadmill. Taormina's evocative historic centre is just a few minutes' drive from the property, alongside the sea. Nearby beaches include Fondachello and Giardini Naxos, as well as the natural Park of Mt. Etna, the Alcantara gorge, the fishing villages on the Cyclops Riviera, Catania and Syracuse. The villa is also close to Mount Etna with its vineyards and lava flows.

Average weather

Perhaps Sicily’s main tourist destination, Taormina has something for everyone. A fabulous coastline, a land and history shaped by an active volcano and a choice of a low key evening or a livelier night a little further down the coast. The east coast’s history of being conquered has led to a rich cultural heritage with so many sites to see – most famously being the ancient theatres. With this in mind, it could be easy to miss out on a shopping experience – choose from the independent gift shops or the more well-known stores found in Catania. And of course, you can’t avoid the magnificent and varied Italian cuisine.
