Villa Ribera is a luxurious villa with an infinity pool, situated near beatiful Agrigento. This Sicilian property is spread over two floors and set in a brilliant countryside location, offering panoramic southerly views over the surrounding landscape and the sea. The villa has recently undergone renovation works, redesigned with a welcoming interior furnished in a contemporary and comfortable style. Head inside to discover an airy living, dining and fully-equipped kitchen area. The ground floor is also home to a luxurious double bedroom with a shower room en suite. On the first floor, guests will find an entrance hall and a bright and modern double bedroom with an opening to the terrace and a sleek shower room en suite. The third bedroom is self-contained and accessible from the outside, designed with a panoramic veranda and a shower room.
A lush, Mediterranean-style garden encompasses the property with wonderful outdoor living spaces. Villa Ribera is a fantastic base for exploring the surrounding area. Seccagrande and Eraclea Minoa beaches are located close by, whilst the nature reserves of Foce del Fiume Platani and Torre Salsa, the spectacular Realmonte's Scala dei Turchi, the enchanting Valley of the Temples, Sciacca, Selinunte, Mazara del Vallo, Trapani and Marsala are a short drive away. All amenities can be found in Ribera, just 6km away. Castelvetrano train station is a 24km drive away, whilst Trapani and Palermo airports are both less than 150km from the property.
