This superbly located villa is just a 200m walk away from a beautiful sandy beach and nearby restaurant, while further local restaurants and shops are a short drive away in charming Custonaci. Inside the villa is bright and airy, with cool marble floors and pops of colour in feature walls and chic soft furnishings. The living space is large and open plan, with a comfortable corner sofa and large screen TV, while the fully-equipped kitchen also has space for dining indoors should guests desire. On the lower ground floor there are three  spacious bedrooms,  plus one bathroom and shower room at this level and a shower room the ground floor. 

Life is meant to be enjoyed outside at Artemisia, where a large shaded terrace is furnished for lounging and dining, while the 12m pool offers the perfect place to cool off after sunbathing; an outdoor kitchen with a built-in BBQ offers the ideal spot for preparing those al fresco lunches.

Important Information

Please note the pool is open from 01 April - 31 October but can be opened outside these dates for an additional cost of € 140 per week.

Electricity is included up to 210 kWh per week, adequate for weekly use. Extra electricity usage is 0.40 Euro per Kwh unit payable locally.

Please note that the preferred suppliers for the villa must be used for any additional services. Unknown extra staff are not permitted at the villa.

TENANCY TIMES

Arrival from 16:00.  Departure by 10:00


For arrivals between 21:00 - 24:00, a late arrival fee of €30 will be charged, payable in cash locally.


Changeover day flexible but Saturday departure day between 02 July and 26 August (minimum stay 7 nights).
