Living spaces are split between the main stone trullo and a contemporary glass pool house positioned right alongside the swimming pool. Inside the original building, a compact kitchen with a carved stone sink and induction hob connects to an entrance hall with indoor dining seating. The two double bedrooms offer distinct layouts: the master bedroom rests directly beneath a domed stone ceiling with a private en suite shower room, while the second bedroom features a walk-in shower, a private cloakroom, and its own door opening into the garden.

The outdoor spaces are designed for spending complete days in the open air. The glass pool house shelters a comfortable seating area, a second dining table, and a second kitchen built with an outdoor oven, barbecue, fridge and dishwasher. Full-height stunning glass panels look directly over the pool, sun beds, and shaded cabanas, allowing long lunches and evening meals to take place outdoors in any weather.
