A beautiful Masseria surrounded by vast olive groves, La Residenza is exquisite inside and out.
Approached via a charming tree lined driveway, this luxurious villa is decorated to a very high standard with bespoke furniture and finishings. The ground floor comprises an elegant entrance hall decorated all in white that leads to an opulent dining room with chandeliers and a stunning mirrored table. A comfortable living room has a wraparound settee for guests to relax indoors together and a well-equipped modern kitchen. There are three beautiful bedroom suites on the ground floor, while upstairs offers two further en suite bedrooms, which open to a balcony.
The outdoor living area at La Residenza is rather spectacular, with various spots for al fresco living and dining and an incredible pool spanning almost the length of the villa. There’s a pretty courtyard with soft seating and a beautiful floral archway with further seating for dining or relaxing outdoors. There are complimentary bicycles available to explore the surrounding area and a fantastic outdoor gym. Guests at La Residenze will also enjoy complimentary concierge service and access to the nearby beach club, which offers VIP sunbed service, a restaurant and lounge bar and stair access to the sea.
Electricity is included up to 300kWh per week,adequate for normal use. Extra electricity usage is 0.40 Euro per Kwh unit payable locally.
A security deposit of Euro 3000 will be pre-authorised on a credit card on arrival.

Arrival between 16:00 - 21:00. For arrivals between 21 - 24:00, a late arrival fee of €30 will be charged, payable in cash locally. Departure by 10:00. Changeover day flexible but Saturday departure day between 30 July and 26 August (minimum stay 7 nights).

Having a barbecue in Italy is one of the best ways to cook your food but you may find that due to long drought periods in high season barbecuing may be restricted in some areas. You will be informed if this happens by your house staff or local representative.
