With colour-washed walls, shuttered windows and attractively arched covered terraces, the design of Kasomitria is typically Corfiot. Its glorious gardens simply emphasise the island character, a riot of colour from the huge swathes of bougainvillea to the pinks, pastels and brilliant reds of flowers and trailing plants. And the location of the villa is equally inviting, a ten minute walk from Kerasia’s lovely beach, only a little further from St Stephano harbour, and a 6km drive from nightlife in Kassiopi. Set on the hillside above the sea, the villa encompasses six self-contained apartments, built across various levels so that each enjoys the exquisite views of the bay from its private balcony. Spiros is on the first floor of the building and has an air-conditioned twin bedroom, compact kitchen/diner, and bright little sitting room. Communal facilities for Kasomitria’s guests include a ten-metre swimming pool, and a barbecue area. Two or more of the apartments could be booked together for groups of friends.

Boat Hire

There is no better way to explore the coastline and discover deserted bays and coves with their translucent water to add to the overall enjoyment of your holiday. Small boats and speedboats can be pre-booked with our UK office prior to departure and we recommend early reservations, especially in July and August, as availability is limited. Smaller size boats can still be hired without a licence which remains unchanged.
