This two-level house in Kassiopi is centrally located in Corfu’s charming fishing town. The property is spacious, fresh and modern – and a great choice for a family, with three generous bedrooms that can sleep 6. Each of the rooms has the luxury of an en suite bathroom; the master suite has a separate bath and rainfall shower, while another of the doubles can be made up as a twin if it suits better. Each bedroom is very contemporary in style, decorated in neutral tones for maximum light, and with access to a furnished outdoor terrace for added indulgence. The grey and white hues continue into the stylish downstairs living spaces – designed with maximum comfort in mind, there’s an extremely spacious living room, with two separate sofas, an armchair and French doors that lead out to the private pool terrace. The ground floor is completed with a modern dining room and high-spec kitchen, finished with plenty of chopping space and a gorgeous central island, there’s also access to an additional outdoor dining terrace. Outside, the villa has a large private swimming pool, and there are sun loungers and inflatables available. Villa Abelia is within a strollable distance to the bars and restaurants in Kassiopi, but for a change of scenery, there are tavernas and watersports in Avlaki, just 2.2km away. Two shingle beaches (Soukia and Kalamionas) are both in walking distance from the villa.

Average weather

Capital of Corfu’s north-east, Kassiopi is a thriving harbour and resort. Within a ring of souvenir and beach shops, it has a heart of gold: a cleanly-paved harbour, well-tended gardens, benches for the weary, and smart shops, restaurants, and cafés. Pleasure craft and cruise boats jostle for mooring space with small trawlers. Canons point out to sea, their threat long faded, against a backdrop of stylish Kassiopi villas and apartments rising in terraces from the harbour. A holiday in the hamlet of Kelia lies on the hillside above, within walking distance of the town.

There is no better way to explore the coastline and discover deserted bays and coves with their translucent water to add to the overall enjoyment of your holiday. Small boats and speedboats can be pre-booked with our UK office prior to departure and we recommend early reservations, especially in July and August, as availability is limited. Smaller size boats can still be hired without a licence which remains unchanged.
