The villa’s entrance is located on the ground floor, and leads into the large living room, dining area and kitchen space. This open-plan layout lends an indulgently spacious feel to the villa, made even better with the ocean facing views and adjacent furnished terrace. The white-focused lounge area has been stylishly furnished in calming shades of aqua, grey and white, and there’s a good size dining table for 8. The newly installed and well-equipped kitchen is hand-painted in a Farrow and Ball light blue colour, complimenting the stylish living interior, with a pale quartz worktop and new, high-quality appliances. A generous double bedroom completes the ground floor level and includes a huge wardrobe, stylish chaise longue and a luxurious walk-in shower room. Doors from the bedroom also open onto the oceanfront terrace. A staircase leads down to the villa’s lower ground floor, where there are two further good sized bedrooms. Decorated in elegantly neutral tones, the large double has a shower room en suite, while the generous twin bedroom has a private bathroom and an additional sofa bed if required (for children only). Both rooms are beautifully presented, with French windows that lead out to the villa’s pool terrace. All three bedrooms have stunning sea views.
