About the villa
Built in 1880 in the heart of the Médoc vineyards, Château Médoc is a large and elegant estate boasting fantastic views of the Gironde estuary. The villa is both classic and contemporary; the refined interiors honour the property's history whilst still offering a host of modern amenities. The villa is dotted with products developed in collaboration with brands such as Laboratorio Paravicini, and personalised fragrances by Perfumer H which celebrate the characteristic scent of the manor and its surroundings. Inside, guests will discover a number of beautifully decorated room. Head right past the entrance hall for the dining room and semi-professional cooking space, or left for the stylish living room equipped with a vinyl record player and video projector. Upstairs are three en suite bedrooms, each impeccably decorated for a luxurious and comfortable stay. Each room has its own sound system and carefully chosen fittings that include Calacatta Borghini marble sinks and Dyson hair dryers. There is also a utility room on the lower ground floor.
Outside, there is a large terrace with a Weber gas barbecue, an Unopiu table and a 15-metre natural infinity pool with a movable floor. The garden is a stunning 1.5-hectare space featuring vegetable patches, Unopiu hammocks, sun chairs and loungers. The property is located in the charming village of Saint-Christoly-de-Médoc. The town centre, with its small port and restaurant, is just a five minutes' walk away. The closest airport is Bordeaux-Mérignac, 75km away.
