An unexpected oasis of calm and tranquillity, in a quiet residential cul-de-sac, this versatile and family friendly villa is tucked away in tropical gardens filled with palms and fragrant flowers. A thirteen metre swimming pool forms a focal point in the grounds, with loungers on the poolside terrace and a little dining corner that’s perfect for al fresco breakfast. Within the light and airy house, coral stone walls and high timber ceilings are complemented by unique design elements to maximise natural light and nurture a sense of serenity.

With two window walls and fabrics in soft leafy tones, the sitting room feels almost like a cool garden grotto. This is open plan to a spacious living/dining room with doors on to the sun terrace, and the house has two double and two twin bedrooms, all air conditioned and each with en suite or adjacent shower room. Gibbs Beach is a five minute stroll away, and shops and restaurants in Speightstown are a five minute drive.

Please note there is a maximum occupancy for 8 including infants. 

For occupancy for up to 6, 3 bedrooms will be available and 1 bedroom will be closed (extra bedroom can be requested at an additional cost). This does not apply over Christmas and New year when all bedrooms will be available.

Beaches are affected throughout the year by changes in weather and currents, which result in sand deposition and erosion. Beaches can look very different from season to season.


Please not this villa does not permit the use of P20 sunscreen as it damages towels and fabrics.

Please note smoking indoors is not permitted.

Please note that none of the windows are fitted with glass. Instead, the villa features traditional wooden louvred shutters, which allow for natural ventilation throughout the property.

Security deposit of USD 1,000 will be debited from a credit card on arrival to cover incidentals and any damage.

50% Deposit required for any bookings travelling between (or including) the 20th December and the 10th January. 25% at any other times. Please note there is a minimum stay of 14 nights over the Christmas period, special booking conditions apply. 

Late departure: should you wish to guarantee a late check-out after 1200 hrs on departure day, an additional charge may apply and staffing arrangements may vary. In the event that the villa cannot accommodate a late check out, day passes are available at other facilities. Please enquire on booking.
