Designed across a single level, the villa is bright, contemporary and sociable. An open-plan living, dining and kitchen space forms the heart of the home, with wide sliding doors opening directly onto the terrace to create a seamless connection with the outdoors. Whether gathering for breakfast around the kitchen island or enjoying a relaxed evening indoors, there's plenty of space for families and friends to come together.

Outside, a private courtyard garden centres around a swimming pool and sun terrace, offering a peaceful setting to unwind. A shaded dining area and barbecue make alfresco meals a highlight, while access to the community gym provides an additional option for active days.

Four well-appointed bedrooms accommodate up to eight guests. The master bedroom opens directly onto the pool terrace, while the remaining bedrooms offer a flexible layout that suits families, couples travelling together and multi-generational groups alike.
