Our View

Beachfront villas near Holetown are a rare find. This one is a bright and cheerful family villa, five minutes from shops and bars. From the large garden a small gate leads straight onto the shore and close to great snorkelling and scuba diving.

A simply styled villa, Church Point Two is unpretentious and under no illusions about its main attraction, the convenient location. But it does offer comfortable accommodation, a relaxed informal atmosphere, inclusive cook service, and bags of outdoor space. Within the house, the ground floor is occupied by the kitchen and open-plan living/dining room, which opens on to a covered patio sitting area. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each accessed from the terrace and a brightly furnished sundeck, a well-placed viewing platform for leisurely sundowners. In the adjacent ‘cottage’ there is a kitchenette and the third bedroom, a layout which may work well for two couples or a family with teenagers. All three bedrooms have air conditioning and en suite shower room. Outside, very spacious lawned gardens benefit from the dappled shade of mature trees, and incorporate a barbecue and dining area, while a walled patio houses the villa’s plunge pool. With access to the  beach at the bottom of the garden, Holetown’s shops, bars and restaurants are just a five minute stroll away.

Please note that the owners will only accept guests who are fully vaccinated.

Security deposit of USD 750 will be debited from a credit card on arrival to cover incidentals and any damage. 

There is a minimum stay of 5 nights for this property except for the holiday season from 19 December to 09 January when there is a minimum stay of 14 nights.

100% cancellation fee will be due for bookings cancelled 60 days or less prior to departure.

For occupancies up to 4, the Cottage will be closed. This does not apply for Christmas and New Year period from 19th December - 09th January.

Average weather

St. James parish runs along the central stretch of the island’s west—the Platinum Coast. Its white-sand beaches are backed by luxury hotels and villas including Sandy Lane, long patronized by royals and film stars. The seaside settlement of Holetown is at the centre of the parish: its bars, restaurants, and craft shops have a laid-back, local vibe. The Holetown Festival each February, one to catch on a St. James holiday, celebrates its status as the first British settlement on Barbados, with live music and a street fair.

50% Deposit required for any bookings travelling between (or including) the 20th December and the 10th January. 25% at any other times. Please note there is a minimum stay of 14 nights over the Christmas period, special booking conditions apply. 

Late departure: should you wish to guarantee a late check-out after 1200 hrs on departure day, an additional charge may apply and staffing arrangements may vary. In the event that the villa cannot accommodate a late check out, day passes are available at other facilities. Please enquire on booking.
