About the villa
Reached via a stepped path, a two minute walk from its parking area, this welcoming villa is elevated for blissful sea views, immediately above a lovely little shore, where smooth rocks are nature’s gift for sunbathing, and boats can be moored at the end of a day’s sailing. An excellent choice for two families or a group of friends, Thalassa has a master double and a twin bedroom in each of its left and right wings, all opening on to a balcony, and a studio for two on the lower ground (poolside) level, which has its own kitchenette. In between, the ground floor is a bright and spacious, open-plan living room combining the kitchen, dining and sitting areas, with French doors out to the furnished terrace for those gorgeous coastal views. With satellite TV and WiFi, and with air conditioning in all the bedrooms, this very comfortable villa is equally inviting outdoors, where there are ample loungers around the swimming pool, and a poolside pergola-shaded dining area is complete with a built-in barbecue. St. Stephano beach is a five minute walk from the villa, and Kassiopi’s nightlife and Avlaki are both just a short drive away.

Average weather
As you navigate the winding hill dotted with olive trees and beehives, St Stephano glimpsed far below looks every bit the archetypal Greek fishing village. Lining a horseshoe-shaped bay facing the Albanian mountains, it is a scattering of houses, a succession of tavernas, and a series of jetties, all set in a wooded amphitheatre dotted with elegant villas and cypress trees. It is striking, yet still has working fishing boats; a St Stephano holiday is a retreat of simple pleasures.

There is no better way to explore the coastline and discover deserted bays and coves with their translucent water to add to the overall enjoyment of your holiday. Small boats and speedboats can be pre-booked with our UK office prior to departure and we recommend early reservations, especially in July and August, as availability is limited. Smaller size boats can still be hired without a licence which remains unchanged.
