Villa Yildiz is a strikingly modern, newly built property located in Kalkan, offering incredible views out to sea and across the town. The three-storey villa is positioned to make the most out of Turkey's stunning sunsets, and is exceptionally spacious to accommodate large groups and families. On the ground floor, guests will be impressed by a sleek and large open plan living room, dining room and kitchen. The design is contemporary with tasteful neutral tones, plants and large windows displaying beautiful seascapes. There is ample entertainment to keep the party occupied on the lower ground floor, including an indoor pool, gym, pool table and bar. The hammam and sauna provide the perfect space to relax and recharge.

This floor features a king-size double bedroom with a stylish en-suite shower area, seamlessly integrated into the bedroom for a modern, open-plan design, while there is also a twin bedroom with a shower room en suite. On the first floor, three bright and airy bedrooms are each complete with a shower room en suite and extraordinary views of Kalkan.

The exterior of this property is no less striking. There are plenty of spots to sit and relax, whether guests prefer to sunbathe on the over-pool loungers, dine al fresco using the outdoor barbecue or recline on a sofa on the shady terrace. All amenities can be found in lovely Kalkan centre, just 1km from the villa. There are also several beach clubs in close proximity to the property.  A number of historical sites worth a visit include the ancient remains of Patara, 16.2km away, and Xanthos, 20km away. Ideal for beach holiday enthusiasts, there are several pebbly and sandy beaches around too. Dalaman is the closest airport, a 140km drive from the villa. If further accommodation is required, Villa Daglari is situated just next door and can sleep up to ten more guests.
