Set over three levels, Villa Kalamar includes an independent annexe on the lower ground floor comprising a bedroom and bathroom, ideal for teenagers or grandparents, with four additional bedrooms in the main house spread across the ground and first floors. Each bedroom in the main house opens onto balconies overlooking Kalamar Bay, while the first-floor rooms benefit from generous fitted wardrobe space.

The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area on the ground floor leads through sliding doors to the pool terrace, complete with a bar and stone-built barbecue. Guests can enjoy refreshments by day and sundowners in the evening, soaking in the sea views and sunsets across the pool.
