Villa Prestige is a spacious and welcoming property in Menorca, the ideal retreat for large groups or families. The villa is laid out in a bright and modern design, with sleek and homely interiors. The ground floor features four lovely en suite bedrooms, one with access to the sun-soaked pool terrace. On the first floor, guests will discover a spacious living room, stylishly designed in red. The dining area and fully-equipped kitchen are equally welcoming. The villa boasts excellent outdoor living spaces, with a magnificent pool, al fresco dining terrace and lounge area.

The villa is well-located close to Son Bou Beach, offering incredible ocean views. A wonderful restaurant and supermarket can be found nearby, whilst further amenities are just a short drive away in Alayor. Nearby places of interest include Port d’Addaia and Ciutadella de Menorca.

The following cancellation terms apply, if you cancel 45 to 30 days - 50% of the booking amount will be forfeited, 29 to 15 days - 75 % will be forfeited, 14 to 1 day -100% will be forfeited.

Due to the properties location at the top of the hill, the distance of Son Bou and the shopping centre, Car hire is recommended. Additionally, access to the property is via a large number of steps.
