About the villa

Within walking distance of the shops and restaurants in Pollença, this three-bedroom villa is definitely one for the families. Overlooking garden and distant mountain views, this one-level property is rustic but charming – there’s an endearing home-away-from-home feel throughout, and a large fenced garden that happily steals the show. Football, table tennis, tree swings and an outdoor slide will keep children entertained – while a glorious private swimming pool provides the best in villa comforts.  Meals are made all the better on the large covered terrace, which includes a dining bench and smaller round table beside a generous built-in barbecue. Inside, the house is reminiscent of a traditional country home. There’s a cosy lounge with an open-plan dining area, and a classic-style kitchen, which includes another breakfast table and all the necessary modern amenities. There are three separate bedrooms in the villa – two doubles and one twin –  and each one is a very simple affair with the bed as its standout focus. There are no en suites, but a large walk in shower room and separate family bathroom will cater to all your needs.
