About the villa

Bella Fonte is a spacious, comfortable property with lovely outside spaces perfect for enjoying the Mallorcan sun. The pretty pool patio is surrounded by trees giving a real sense of privacy, and loungers and a built-in seating area offer plenty of places to relax, with ample shade provided by the large parasols. The pool itself is generously sized, with Roman steps leading into the water. Inside, there is a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast area, and doors that open on to the shaded dining terrace overlooking the pool. 
 
The light and airy living/dining room has several sets of glass folding doors, providing access to the terrace where there is an outdoor lounge area, and really bring the outside indoors. There are two double bedrooms, and a twin and single room in the main house; these are served by a bathroom and a shower room. The master bedroom, with shower room en suite, is accessed from the terrace. The property is in an excellent location, with Pollensa just 2km or a half an hour walk away, and a selection of beaches within 10km.
