About the villa
Here is a refreshing example of an old, stone, rural finca which is now a charming and most comfortable family villa in Mallorca. Of course a host of mod cons have been added, so while there is still a log fireplace, and in the country-style kitchen facilities are far from rustic, but comfort still comes with character at La Felucca. Comfortably furnished with pastel-washed walls, it has terracotta tiled floors, beamed ceilings, and a big, broad and beautiful bare stone archway spanning the sitting/dining room. Vi-Spring mattresses and White Company linens are provided. Shady verandas shelter table tennis, and a long oak table adjacent to a built-in barbecue, while lawned gardens, sprinkled with citrus trees, surround a children’s play area and a fenced saltwater swimming pool with a poolside pergola which be heated in cooler months. In an ideal layout for two families together, there are three bedrooms in the main house, and two in a separate Casita with its own kitchenette and sitting area. Rural but certainly not remote, the villa is 3km from Pollensa’s shops, restaurants (approximately 15 - 20 minutes by bike), and the beaches at Puerto Pollensa.
"La Felucca is a beautiful villa and just perfect for 2 families. The pool is fantastic, and the living spaces are great. We were trying to think of the negatives, and there really are none! Mallorca is also a great island, we hadn't been before and we'll certainly return (maybe even to La Felucca)."
"Overall impressed with the villa and facilities."

A Mediterranean playground, Mallorca—the largest of Spain’s Balearic Islands—is blessed with plenty of the unexpected. In addition to endless beaches, a villa holiday in Mallorca can also be packed with historic palaces and churches, driving routes along sheer cliffs with dramatic sea vistas, and quiet villages such as Deià tucked in the hills. You will also find great local food and unique wines in Binissalem, a lively arts scene in Palma, and, just a stone’s throw from your villa, outdoor fun that has nothing to do with the beach. Our range of luxury villas provide a fantastic base from which to explore Mallorca's beautiful beaches, historic Old Quarter, lively food markets and varied walking trails.
