Character and comfort come in equal measure at this lovely spacious family villa set close to the popular town of Pollensa and within very easy reach of the neighbouring beach resorts of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente. This villa is set in mature lawned gardens, with its stone walls mellowed to a soft honey tone. Inside, the villa’s innately rustic features are enhanced by a mix of modern and country style furnishings. Tiled floors, and high ceilings, crossed with chestnut beams, contrast with modern bathrooms; and a kitchen with breakfast table, equipped with all mod-cons, meets the light and airy dining room and sitting room through a stone walk way. The well-equipped master double bedroom is also located on the ground floor. Upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms, one opening to a balcony with bathroom en suite and the second with a further bathroom across the landing.  Outside, a loggia near the pool, forms a al fresco dining ‘room’,  with barbecue area. The pool is set near here in its terraced surround with an adjacent children’s play area on the lawns. Within strolling distance of shops and restaurants in Old Pollensa within 1.5km, and approximately 10 minutes away from beaches in Cala San Vicente, and with boat hire and bicycle hire available in Puerto Pollensa just a little further away, our view is that this spacious, attractive property is a good choice for a family holiday.
