La Pisada is a bright, modern home designed for effortless family holidays right in Port de Pollença. This four-bedroom, two-bathroom villa puts you right at the heart of the action, close to the sea, beaches, and the scenic Pine Walk, meaning no car is needed  for local access.

The ground floor features an open-plan living and dining area alongside a well-equipped kitchen. This main space opens to the south-facing terrace, where the inviting private pool awaits, with heating available at an additional cost  in cooler months. We find the terrace, with its sun loungers, parasols , and barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining. A double, a twin, and a single bedroom are on this floor, sharing one bathroom and one shower room.

Upstairs, the large roof terrace provides a private sunbathing spot and far-reaching mountain views, a fantastic space to unwind away from the midday sun.

The villa is in an excellent location for exploring the local area on foot: the small beaches along the Pine Walk are just two hundred metres away, and the main Port de Pollença Beach is a ten-minute walk. For a change of scenery, Pollensa Old Town is a short drive away. La Pisada also benefits from air conditioning throughout , a Smart TV, and WiFi.
