Located just 3km away from Playa de s'Albufereta and Platja de san Joan beach, Casa Flores is the perfect villa for a family or group of friends looking to explore Alcúdia, all whilst holidaying in a modern and timeless villa. 

The villa is bathed in natural light, thanks to its large windows that illuminate every corner, fostering a bright and inviting atmosphere. One of the standout features is its front terrace, which provides spectacular sea views.

Inside, the generous dining room is perfect for hosting family meals, providing ample space for everyone to gather. Just like the living room, both spaces provide french doors that open straight out onto the outdoors area. The contemporary kitchen is fitted with modern appliances and boasts a centre island, which serves as an extra area for dining or food preparation.

Casa Flores features four double bedrooms, all thoughtfully designed for utmost comfort. The master bedroom includes a private en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, offering a luxurious retreat for relaxation. Beyond the en-suite, the villa also includes an additional bathroom equipped with a shower.

Outside, the courtyard features a secluded private pool, serving as your personal oasis for unwinding and basking in the sun with complete privacy.
