Within easy reach of lively Marbella, Estepona’s restaurants and the yachtie paradise of Puerto Banus, this well-placed villa sits peacefully on sea-view slopes, just 2km from Los Granados beach. Tiered gardens encircle the house, encompassing tiled and planted courtyards, lawns studded with tall palms, the private pool hemmed with parasols and cushioned sun loungers, and the stylishly furnished dining gazebo, set at the poolside and served by a barbecue. With accommodation spread over three floors and air conditioning throughout, Villa Allegria’s chic interiors include five beautiful bedrooms, two doubles and three twins, each with en-suite bathroom, and all but one with access to a terrace or private patio. The kitchen, dining room and very spacious sitting room are at the middle level, complemented, on the lower ground floor, by a cheerfully furnished games room with TV, pool table and table football; and the thoughtful additions of a kitchenette and shower room. There is also a pull out bed in the lower ground floor that can accommodate an extra two children under the age of 12.

POOL HEATING

The pool heating will usually bring the water temperature up to approximately 10 degrees higher than the night time temperature. As such in early or late season if the nights time temperatures are low, guests may still find the pool feels cold despite heating.
