All bathrooms have been constructed with polished micro cement, each in their own stylish colour. Across the inner courtyard, at the front of the house, is the extension to the villa offering a games room with pool table. There is also a separate laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and iron available.

The impressive 150m long driveway, flanked with 130 cypress trees, leads up to the 50-year-old colonial-style luxury villa. The gardens are a mixture of lawn interspersed with palm trees, bougainvilleas, fruit trees and a large variety of colourful exotic plants, lovingly nurtured by the owner. Also to note there is a boules pitch with seating area, two water fountains and set behind the property another seating area for two, the perfect place to escape to at the end of the day and enjoy the sunset while enjoying a cool drink.
