About the villa

Nestled into its restful rural hillside, the calm Casa Blanca is designed for relaxation, furnished for stylish comfort, and located for easy access to the lovely Algarve beaches just 25 minutes’ drive away as well as the nearby historic villages of Estoi and Santa Barbara da Nexe for restaurants and shops.

The large open plan sitting/dining room has been elegantly furnished with neutral coloured sofas interjected with pops of colour in cushions and dining room chairs. This room is equipped with satellite TV and a Sonos system and from here you can access the pool as well as a covered pool terrace, furnished for al fresco dining and relaxing.  There is also a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, ovens, a microwave and a Delonghi bean to cup espresso and cappuccino machine from which you there is access out to an ivy covered courtyard with built in barbecue area.  A Moroccan style doorway leads from the sitting room to the bedroom wing with three double bedrooms with satellite TV, safe and ensuite shower rooms and two further bedrooms, one twin and one bunk room which share a separate shower room. All bathrooms have been constructed with polished micro cement, each in their own stylish colour. Across the inner courtyard, at the front of the house, is the extension to the villa offering a games room with pool table. There is also a separate laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and iron available.

The impressive 150m long driveway, flanked with 130 cypress trees, leads up to the 50-year-old colonial-style luxury villa. The gardens are a mixture of lawn interspersed with palm trees, bougainvilleas, fruit trees and a large variety of colourful exotic plants, lovingly nurtured by the owner. Also to note there is a boules pitch with seating area, two water fountains and set behind the property another seating area for two, the perfect place to escape to at the end of the day and enjoy the sunset while enjoying a cool drink.

Outside of June, July and August, two week bookings as a minimum are required. 

Electricity is included up to 14000 kWh per week. Extra electricity usage is 0.26 Euro per Kwh unit payable locally on departure.

Boliqueime & Loule

Average weather

Boliqueime is a traditional Portuguese village, with history going back to the 12thcentury. It’s the perfect place to while away an afternoon wandering the cobbled streets and people watching over coffee and cake in the village square. Loule is cosmopolitan, with a pretty walled old town, 13th century castle and indoor market. Both Boliqueime and Loule are within easy reach of Faro and Albufeira, as well as all the attractions, and of course beaches, of the central Algarve.
