Our range of services
food and provisions
At all our villas in Morocco guests are looked after by the team of villa staff (cook and housekeeping staff) and the villas are therefore not available for self-catering, giving everyone the opportunity to really relax whilst away.
Your villa manager will discuss your food preferences, any allergies, dietary requirements or special requests on arrival and the cook will be informed and prepare dishes accordingly. The villa staff will lay the table, clear away after dinner and generally leave the villa at 2200hrs. The kitchen is fully equipped for use by villa staff and villa guests can use the fridges to store drinks, snacks, medication and any children’s food as required. Further details available on booking.
When an airport transfer is not included in the price of your holiday they can be organised for an additional cost. A licenced vehicle will be provided suitable for the number of people travelling, with one suitcase, and one item of cabin luggage per passenger. If you have envisage having excess baggage, or special requirements, please advise your Travel Expert.

Food & Provisions
Villa staff will shop for provisions as required and guests will be expected to reimburse them locally (except for meals that are included).
Moroccan wine (rose, red and white) is much enjoyed by our villa guests and can be purchased easily locally by villa guests or villa staff. However, because most household staff are Muslim they are not allowed to purchase alcohol during the month of Ramadan. At this time we can either arrange for required quantities to be purchased in advance of the Holy Month, or we can arrange for a non-Muslim to shop on guests’ behalf, for an extra charge.
If you are going on holiday to celebrate a birthday, anniversary or other special occasion, speak to one of our travel experts about your requirements. We can help to arrange everything from Champagne on arrival to a pre-arrival grocery shop. See individual villa pages for further information.
