Dar Eazim is an exclusive, private retreat set within eight hectares of beautifully landscaped grounds, just 30km south of Marrakech. With spectacular views of the Atlas Mountains, this small private estate offers the perfect balance of privacy, comfort  and Moroccan charm, accommodating up to 22 guests across eleven elegant suites.

Dar Eazim is an exclusive, private retreat set within eight hectares of beautifully landscaped grounds, just 30km south of Marrakech. With spectacular views of the Atlas Mountains, this small private estate offers the perfect balance of seclusion, luxury, and Moroccan charm, accommodating up to 22 guests across eleven elegant suites.

The main house features four spacious bedrooms, alongside refined living and dining areas, a billiards room, cinema room, and a serene spa complete with hammam and massage facilities. Seven additional one-bedroom villas are dotted throughout the gardens, each designed with striking architecture and contemporary comforts.

At the heart of the estate lies a magnificent 18-metre-long swimming pool, framed by stone terraces and complemented by a pool house with pool kitchen,  changing rooms, outdoor bar, and dining area. Leisure facilities include a clay tennis court, pétanque, and a fitness space suitable for yoga.

The grounds blend olive groves, citrus plantations, and rose gardens with an array of palms, cacti, and fragrant flowers, creating a serene backdrop for outdoor living. Several shaded terraces and a tented area offer idyllic spots for al fresco dining, relaxation, or taking in the sweeping mountain views.

Important Information

 

Please note that this is a fully staffed property and guests are looked after by the team of villa staff and the villa is not available for self-catering.  Breakfast and a three course dinner are included and lunches or picnics are available for Euro 30 per person - children under 11 are free of charge. The kitchen is fully equipped for use by the staff and guests can use the kitchen to store medication and children’s food as required.  Special dietary requirements, can be accommodated. Please advise on booking. 

Flexible arrival day and duration. Minimum 3 nights 

Morocco is an enjoyable destination all-year round. It has a dry, continental climate which means hot summer days with cooler evenings and pleasantly mild winters.

Pool heating is recommended from November to the end of April.

The main villa sleeps 8. Rates for 9-10, 11-12, 13 - 14, 15 - 16, 17 - 18, 19 - 20 and 21 - 22 are for the 6 additional independent garden suites. One of these is 2 bedroom, the rest are 1 bedroom.

Prices are based on the number of people from 12 years of age. Infants of 0 - 11 months (in a cot) are free of charge. Children from 2 - 11 years are charged a modest additional rate (quotation on request), will occupy a bed (either a bed in one of the suites or an additional third bed in one of the suites)  and all meals for children are included. Additional children (in addition to 22 adults and children in the party) will be charged at the same rate.

Please note that we recommend pool heating from November to the end of April.
