Designed for easy indoor-outdoor living, the bright sitting and dining area opens directly onto a panoramic terrace where views of the Amalfi Coast provide a spectacular backdrop from morning through to sunset. All three bedrooms enjoy access to the terrace, allowing guests to wake up to uninterrupted sea vistas and the gentle sound of the waves below. Accommodating up to six guests, the villa features a principal king-size bedroom with en suite bathroom, alongside two further king-size bedrooms, each with an en suite shower room.

The villa's central position makes it easy to experience the best of Positano without relying on a car. Boutiques, cafés, bakeries, restaurants, bars and local amenities are all close by, while Fornillo Beach is just a 10-minute walk away. Boat departures from the harbour provide easy access to hidden coves and picturesque towns along the coastline, while Sorrento and Amalfi are ideal options for memorable day trips.

Access and Layout:
The property is accessed via a shared entrance gate, used by the owner of the neighbouring property. From the gate, a flight of external steps leads to the property's front door, which is located on the first floor. Upon entering, there is a further flight of internal stairs leading up to the apartment. The apartment itself is then arranged entirely on one level.
