Designed on a single level, the villa opens into a bright and welcoming open-plan living space with a cosy lounge furnished with sofas and armchairs arranged around a modern fireplace, ideal for relaxed holiday living. A few steps lead up to the stylish dining area and well-equipped kitchen, beautifully defined by a sleek central peninsula with induction hob, where polished concrete floors, exposed beam ceilings and expansive glass doors create a light-filled and spacious ambience while allowing seamless access to the main terrace and far-reaching views across the landscape.
