Tucked away at the heart of an ancient olive grove and working farm of four hectares, this sizeable villa makes a fine choice for an informal family gathering. With six bedrooms and several extra beds, the villa can accommodate a mix of up to seventeen adults and youngsters. At ground floor level, there is a split level dining and sitting room, a very well equipped kitchen, two  spacious double bedrooms sharing a bathroom. Two further bedrooms and the study sharing a shower room are off an adjacent hallway. The accommodation at ground floor level  is complemented by a cheerfully furnished first floor suite accessed by  external steps, newly refurbished kitchen opening to a large terrace, another large double bedroom and a bunk bedroom sharing a shower room. The ground floor opens out to a shaded terraces with ample seating and adjacent dining gazebo. 

A second al fresco dining area is set in tree shade at the poolside, served by a barbecue and pizza oven; and fruit and vegetables grown in the grounds provide pick-your-own ingredients for lunch. Entertainment for every age group includes table tennis and table football, a generous pool and splash pool, floodlit tennis court (with basketball net), children’s go-karts and play area, lawn with football goal, and a selection of bikes. The owners practice regenerative farming on their land and their premium olive oil and a selection of wines are available for purchase. And, with two beaches within 15km, The Olive Grove is just 1.5km from excellent inexpensive restaurants and amenities in picturesque San Vito dei Normanni. Within just 30 minutes of Brindisi airport this is an excellent choice for an easy family holiday with plenty to keep all ages entertained.

Important Information

Fewer of you?

Base prices are based on an occupancy of up to 12 guests. Up to 14 guests can be accommodated by using a seventh bedroom, available at an additional cost.

Reduced occupancy rates are available for groups of up to 8 customers until 3 July and from 28 August onwards. Please note that when booking at this reduced occupancy, the first floor will remain closed and customers will have exclusive use of the ground floor. 

Up to two additional guests can be accommodated in 2 extra single beds for an additional charge, bringing the maximum occupancy to 16 guests (excluding infants).

Please note that two resident outdoor cats live on the estate, and the staff also have friendly dogs which may occasionally visit the property.

An open-air cinema experience can be arranged on request for a modest extra local charge beneath the outdoor pergola and includes a projector, screen, 12 reclining chairs with footrests, and bean bags.

Electricity is included up to 500 kWh (kilowatt) er week. Usage above this allowance will be charged at €0.60 per kWh, payable locally prior to departure. For full transparency, electricity meter readings will be taken on both arrival and departure.

TENANCY TIMES

Arrival between 17:00. Departure by 9:00am

For arrivals between 20:00 - 22:00, a late arrival fee of €30 will be charged, payable in cash locally. For arrivals after 22:00, €50 will be charged.
