The heart of the home is a seven-meter-high glazed atrium, connecting two historic wings and flooding the expansive living spaces with natural light.

The interiors are defined by an understated, high-end aesthetic, blending 1960s Scandinavian vintage pieces with clean, contemporary lines. A vast, double-height living area features a monumental concrete fireplace and a dining space designed for sixteen, offering sweeping views across the landscape toward the Gulf of Taranto. The professional-grade kitchen, complete with stone islands, is perfectly equipped for large-scale entertaining.

Accommodation is spread across eight suites, all located on the ground floor for easy accessibility. Each serves as a private retreat, featuring en suite bathrooms in all rooms.
