This well-equipped contemporary villa in the Valle d’Itria makes a wonderful base for families and couples alike wanting to explore this fascinating region.
Masseria Eterea is a beautiful modern villa with stunning pool and outdoor living area. There are several sunny and shaded seating areas along with an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and pizza oven, and a large covered dining table, meaning during the summer months you’ll only need to move indoors to sleep. If you do drag yourself away from the pool, inside there is a light and airy open plan living space including a dining kitchen and a lounge area with sofas and 3D TV, and two sets of double French doors leading out to the pool. On the ground floor there are three double bedrooms (one can be used as a twin if required), all with en suite shower rooms and built in wardrobes. On the first floor there is the generously sized master suite, which has an en suite bathroom with double basins and a large walk in shower. This bedroom has access to a wonderful private balcony terrace, and there is also a west-facing communal terrace with open views over the delightful olive groves.
Please note Masseria Eterea is a non-smoking villa.

If a building can be a symbol for a whole region, then the trullo stands for Puglia—also known as ‘Apulia’ in English. Think of a Puglia villa holiday and those round, whitewashed limestone buildings with their comical, conical roofs always spring to mind. But there’s more to the region that is the narrow heel of Italy’s boot than trullo country around Alberobello. Discover baroque beauty in Lecce, Emperor Frederick II’s mysterious architecture at the Castel del Monte, and total relaxation on a Puglia villa stay in a rural Masseria.

Having a barbecue in Italy is one of the best ways to cook your food but you may find that due to long drought periods in high season barbecuing may be restricted in some areas. You will be informed if this happens by your house staff or local representative.
