Originally designed as a traditional rural farmhouse, the property has been thoughtfully reimagined as an elegant villa for up to 12 guests. Bright, airy interiors complement the masseria's original features, creating welcoming living spaces that feel both sophisticated and relaxed. At its heart is an open-plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen, ideal for gathering together after days spent exploring Puglia's coastline and hilltop towns.

The six king-size bedrooms are particularly impressive, several open directly onto the gardens, while the principal suite enjoys a private position on the upper floor, complete with an in-room sunken bath, en suite shower room and access to a panoramic terrace. An additional bedroom accessed via the terrace offers added privacy for larger groups.

Outside, expansive lawns, mature planting and a young vineyard create a wonderfully tranquil setting. The 12-metre infinity pool takes centre stage, perfectly positioned to overlook the surrounding countryside and offering ample space for long days spent under the Puglian sun.

A restaurant lies just 800 metres away, while the vibrant cafés, restaurants, shops and train station of Polignano a Mare are only 6km from the property. Monopoli is 9km away, and within a 30-minute drive guests can discover some of Puglia's most celebrated destinations, including Alberobello, Ostuni, Cisternino and the picturesque Itria Valley.

Important Information

Please note that there is a steep metal staircase between ground and first floor.  There is also access to first floor to the gardens via the small terrace and the large terrace from the gardens.
