Masseria Annabella is a charming retreat located just 9km from the picturesque hilltop town of Ostuni, offering a delightful blend of contemporary style and comfort. This spacious villa accommodates up to 12 guests with six  beautifully furnished bedrooms, including three doubles with ensuite bathrooms. The large, fully-equipped kitchen and separate sitting room create inviting spaces to relax, while a children’s playroom ensures fun for younger guests. With a games area and fitness equipment,  this villa is perfect for families and larger groups seeking both convenience and enjoyment.

Outside, guests can unwind on the expansive shaded terrace overlooking a lush lawn and the centrepiece heatable pool. An English speaking CV Representative will visit during your stay. Contact details will be sent with your travel documents. Extensive improvements for next year will include the extension of the outdoor pergola to accommodate both dining and seating areas. The white pergola from the pool will be moved to provide additional shade to the rear of the property. 


Tenancy Times

Arrival from 1600hrs - 2000 hrs. For arrival between 2000hrs - 2300hrs, a late check in fee of Euro 50 will be charged, payable in cash on arrival.
