About the villa

Aliki is located on the hill of Koskinou, a stylish and modern villa with spectacular views of the Aegean Sea. Head inside to discover a lovely dining room with Swarovski crystal lights decorating the ceiling, a bright living room stylishly furnished in a minimalist design, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The first floor hosts a wonderful en suite master bedroom with a king size bed and access to a seaview balcony, plus two en suite twin rooms opening to balconies. The second floor includes a king-size bedroom with a shower room en suite, opening to a private veranda with fabulous sea views. All three levels can be reached either by using the marble staircase or the brilliant elevator. 

The villa is accompanied by a spacious, landscaped garden with numerous Mediterranean trees and plants. The private pool and is accompanied by a barbecue and outdoor dining area, perfect for starlit suppers. Aliki is located close to Kallithea Beach and the charming Old Town, with its brilliant shops, eateries and nightlife.
