This villa is set in lawned gardens with a private mooring and a strip of shingle beach. The upper terrace with dining table offers its own perspective on the bay below, another paved area at the side and rear is perfect for a shaded dining table, another perfect for enjoying a drink at sundown and the pool terrace is replete with loungers. Within the welcoming villa, attractively furnished rooms are finished with a personal touch and include three bedrooms, each with air conditioning, 3 shower rooms, and doors to the terrace.  Fitted in contemporary  style, the kitchen and dining room has doors to the upper terrace, while the downstairs airy sitting room is flooded with light. Between 300 - 500m from local tavernas, and not far from a mini-market and with a bakery at 2km, the villa is within 5km of Desimi beach and 6km from Nidri, though both could be accessed more pleasurably by boat from the jetty. This is a conservation area and you may spot a Kingfisher, honeyeater or great white heron in the bay or surrounding trees.

There is no better way to explore the coastline and discover deserted bays and coves with their translucent water to add to the overall enjoyment of your holiday.
Small boats and speedboats can be pre-booked with our UK office prior to departure and we recommend early reservations, especially in July and August, as availability is limited.
Smaller size boats can still be hired without a licence which remains unchanged.
