An excellent villa in a splendid hillside setting, this beautiful property among the trees could tick all the boxes. Its peaceful and private location is within 1km of Nikiana’s shops, tavernas and pebble beach, with a café just a couple of minutes away. Its décor and furnishings are elegant, with beautiful works of art and comfort is not compromised. And its thoughtful design extends to the grounds, where a generously sized swimming pool is flanked by sunbathing lawns, and a long, gazebo-style terrace is stylishly furnished for al fresco dining and lounging. Within the house, the sleek kitchen includes a breakfast area; the monochrome living room has a fireplace, large screen TV and doors to the garden; and two en suite bedrooms, on the first floor, open on to an upper terrace with fabulous views of the bay. With air conditioning and TV in all five bedrooms, at lower ground level are two twin rooms, which share a bathroom and a kitchenette; and, offering extra privacy, a guest annexe is flexibly furnished for twin or double use. Villa Olivia’s very relaxing setting is just 5km from yacht-spotting restaurant tables on the waterfront of Nidri.

Important Information

Please advise on booking if you wish the double bedrooms in the main house and the separate guest annexe to be made up as twins.

Maximum occupancy for 8 people, not including infants of 12 months or under. Infants from 12 - 24 months count towards total occupancy. All 5 bedrooms will continue to be available. Please note that the property has an open staircase between the ground and first floor.  

Please note that access to the property is via an unsurfaced access road which presents no problems to careful drivers but is unsuitable for low slung cars.

There is no better way to explore the coastline and discover deserted bays and coves with their translucent water to add to the overall enjoyment of your holiday.
Small boats and speedboats can be pre-booked with our UK office prior to departure and we recommend early reservations, especially in July and August, as availability is limited.
Smaller size boats can still be hired without a licence which remains unchanged.
