One bedroom is tucked away on the ground floor, opening directly onto the terrace and pool. Upstairs, there’s a double bedroom and a twin, both with access to balconies where sea and mountain vistas await.

The heart of the villa is bright and inviting: open-plan living, kitchen and dining spaces flow outdoors to the pool terrace, perfect for leisurely breakfasts, casual meals, or evening drinks under the sky. When you feel playful, the lower-ground games and TV room offers table tennis, table football, a TV and more. 

Though peaceful, you’re never far from Lefkada’s lively pulse. A pebbly beach lies just 500 m from the villa; Nikiana’s harbour-side cafés and shops only a short walk. Nidri is about 5 km away, offering watersports, shopping, and even boat trips to nearby islands.

There is no better way to explore the coastline and discover deserted bays and coves with their translucent water to add to the overall enjoyment of your holiday.
Small boats and speedboats can be pre-booked with our UK office prior to departure and we recommend early reservations, especially in July and August, as availability is limited.
Smaller size boats can still be hired without a licence which remains unchanged.
