Villa Fotina is perched on the hillside above pretty Passa Beach on the east coast of Lefkada, offering unobstructed views across the Ionian Sea to the islands of Sparti, Madouri, Skorpios and Meganissi. The beach is just a 450m walk away, with a restaurant a little further. The charming seaside town of Nidri is less than 3km from the property, while Lefkas Town and marina are a short drive away. The villa is bright and airy, and features large picture windows and glass sliding doors, flooding the rooms with light and making the most of the incredible views. The main entrance leads straight into a spacious open-plan living room with lounge, dining area and kitchen. 

 This room opens to the terrace where you’ll find an outdoor dining area and comfortable furniture on which to enjoy the view with a glass of local wine. A sweeping staircase leads downstairs to a second lounge with a desk and piano, and the three bedrooms lead off from this room. The master bedroom has an en suite shower room while the other bedrooms share a bathroom with separate shower. All the bedrooms open on to the terrace which leads down to the beautiful large infinity pool below.

Small boats and speedboats can be pre-booked with our UK office prior to departure and we recommend early reservations, especially in July and August, as availability is limited.
Smaller size boats can still be hired without a licence which remains unchanged.
