Thoughtfully designed across multiple levels, this stylish three-bedroom villa is perfect for couples, friends or families seeking a peaceful escape on Crete’s unspoilt west coast.

The ground floor features a bright open-plan living area, complete with a fully equipped kitchen and floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with light and open onto a spacious sea-view terrace. Outside, guests can enjoy al fresco dining beneath a shaded pergola or relax beside the private infinity pool, finished in smooth Cimentogonia and designed to feel as though it merges with the sea.

Upstairs, the main bedroom boasts a freestanding bath, en suite shower room and private balcony with panoramic views. Two additional en suite bedrooms - one accessed externally - provide flexibility and privacy for groups of up to six.

Just 2km from the peaceful shores of Viglia Beach and 10km from the historic island fortress of Gramvousa, the villa is well positioned for exploring the region. A local supermarket lies just 550m away, while traditional tavernas and the town of Kissamos are only a short drive from the villa.
