Perfectly poised on the outskirts of Pont-de-Crau, Villa Saphir is a stunning property equipped with four bedrooms. The ground floor features a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area, where guests can relax, eat and even play table football. A double bedroom can also be found on this floor, with a shower room en suite opening to the peaceful gardens. The picturesque exterior is furnished with an al fresco dining area and a large outdoor pool overlooking the green landscape.
Head to the first floor to discover two more modern double bedrooms, each featuring a shower room en suite, and one opening onto a quaint little terrace. An annexe located a few metres from the main house offers an additional bedroom with a shower room en suite. Nearby amenities can be found 8km from the property in Arles, with the closest beach being Saintes Maries de la Mer just 47km away. Additionally, Marseille Airport is a convenient 67km drive from the villa.
