About the villa
Breathtaking Le Domaine Cocoon features two residences to occupy up to 20 guests (16 adults & 4 children). Nestled on the heights of Saint-Pierre-de-Côle, the villa is characterised by magnificence and grandeur. The villa is surrounded by lush grounds, overlooking rolling hills and pastoral landscapes. What is remarkable at this property is the uniqueness of each house, all decorated in a different way yet equally lovely. Expect exposed wood beamed ceilings, chandeliers and authentic upholstery. The main house is the largest, with spacious and elegant living spaces, plus seven dreamy double bedrooms. The second property sleeps six with a double room, and the other configurations consisting of four single beds.
The terrace of the villa offers stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Guests will enjoy a heated swimming pool and have free access to the park adorning the property. During the long summer nights, soak up the scents of the flowers and enjoy the sunset over the hills. Le Domaine Cocoon is just a short drive from amenities in Brantome, which include a shop and market. The villa is also within reach of historic Mareuil en Perigord, and its grand fifteenth-century chateau which is worth a visit.

This property is available for rental all year around, even if the availability is not showing on the calendar, please ask our sales team for more information.
Minimum night stay: 7 nights between July 13 and Aug 31, other periods 2 nights. Please ask our sales team for a quote if less than 7 nights stay.
Maximum occupancy: 16 adults & 4 children. The bottom property is owned by the same owner and the property manager is the resident. This adjacent property is not overlooking the pool or terraces as it is located at a lower ground and has its own entrance.
