Villa Dreams is a characterful villa, perfectly positioned by the sea and designed to offer a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Its largely open-plan ground floor creates a wonderful sense of space, with a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and a relaxing living room framed by floor-to-ceiling windows. These open on to a shaded terrace, an inviting spot to unwind as boats drift across the bay.

Its largely open-plan ground floor creates a wonderful sense of space, with a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and a relaxing living room framed by floor-to-ceiling windows. These open on to a shaded terrace, an inviting spot to unwind as boats drift across the bay.

Inside, refreshing décor, beamed ceilings and cool tiled floors set the tone for laid-back coastal living. Outside, the splendid curved pool, twelve metres by five metres, is the villa’s standout feature. It sits alongside a generous terrace and covered dining area, all perfectly angled towards sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea and the peninsula beyond.

Three ground-floor bedrooms open directly to the pool terrace, making mornings delightfully effortless, while the first-floor bedroom enjoys a private balcony, ideal for a quiet espresso at sunrise or an early evening sundowner. The annexe, set slightly apart within the grounds, provides an additional ensuite bedroom with its own external entrance, offering extra privacy.

With its secluded garden and far-reaching views across the Gulf of St Tropez, Villa Dreams promises a serene and a stylish escape on the water’s edge.

Sandwiched between an azure bay and the rocky outcrops of the Var, the St.-Tropez peninsula offers a patchwork of scenery and experiences. To the west, sun-kissed St. Tropez flaunts its pastel-shaded streets and dinky old port where the glitterati anchor luxury yachts. To the east Fréjus is famed for its Roman ruins and Episcopal baptistery; and the beaches of St. Raphael are frequented by water-sports lovers. Add to this the volcanic, red Massif de l’Estérel, whose peaks are perfect for hiking expeditions, and in the Bay of St. Tropez you have yourself one varied holiday destination.
