Perched above the charming medieval village of Biot, Villa Panorama is a contemporary four-bedroom retreat offering sweeping views of the surrounding hills and the sparkling Mediterranean. Designed with light, airy interiors and elegant modern furnishings, the villa is a serene haven for up to eight guests seeking style and tranquillity on the Côte d’Azur.

The villa’s four bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged to ensure comfort and privacy. The ground floor features a cozy double bedroom, while upstairs three further bedrooms open onto a shared terrace, offering stunning views. The master suite boasts a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while the additional bedrooms share a spacious, well-appointed bathroom.

Outside, Villa Panorama invites you to relax and unwind. A private 12 metre swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and sun-drenched terraces provide the perfect setting for al fresco dining, while the pool house adds convenience and comfort.

Just 3.4 km from the village of Biot, guests can enjoy local artisan shops and cafés, while Antibes, with its beaches and cultural highlights, is under 10 km away. Plage du Loup is 9 km, perfect for a sun-soaked day by the sea. Cannes, Nice, and Monaco are easily accessible, making the villa an ideal base for exploring the Riviera.
