Set amid terraced lawned gardens, luxuriant with trees and shrubs, and including a little olive grove and a badminton lawn, the very peaceful Villa Jasmina is perfectly leisurely. In two adjacent buildings, just metres apart, the villa offers extra privacy for guests with accommodation divided between the spacious main house and its smaller guest cottage. In the main house, where tradition and modernity are intertwined, a contemporary and well-equipped kitchen is semi-open to the bright, informal sitting /dining room, with beautiful beams, an open fireplace, a piano and doors to the garden; and the roomy master suite is one of three charming bedrooms.

Outside, the length of the house is hemmed by a broad terrace, shaded with a huge oak tree and vines, with many different furnished areas for dining and relaxing, and overlooking the heated swimming pool. With its own living room, country style kitchen/diner, and two compact bedrooms, the guest cottage opens out to a private and pretty courtyard, complete with loungers, dining area and a plunge pool. The accommodation is also all on one level which has been appreciated by those with limited mobility. Whilst enjoying great privacy, the villa is within walking distance of a handful of restaurants and a very short drive from a shopping centre. The villa is also just 2.5km from restaurants in Opio, within 7km of Grasse and Cannes, and 20km from the sands at Antibes.

THIS PROPERTY IS AVAILABLE FOR RENTAL ALL YEAR AROUND, EVEN IF THE AVAILABILITY IS NOT SHOWING ON THE CALENDAR, PLEASE ASK OUR SALE TEAM FOR MORE INFORMATION. 


For booking of the entire property (main house together with the guest cottage - occupancy from 1 to 10 guests), the rent per week based on the occupancy of 7 to 10 guests will be applicable. Possibility to book the main house only (maximum 6 guests for the 3 bedrooms), the rent per week for occupancy up to 6 guests will be applicable and the guest cottage will be closed.

FOR PEAK PERIOD (July to August), the entire property (main house and guest cottage) must be rented whatever the party size.

Between October to March, possibility to rent the guest cottage only, price on request.

An English speaking CV representative in France will visit you and will be available by phone during your stay. Contact details will be sent with your travel documents.
