Designed for optimal leisure and rest, Demeure Girondaise is located in an old wine estate, nestled on a hill between Saint-Emilion and Sauveterre-de-Guyenne. Ideal for family holidays, the villa is equipped with games and a swimming pool. The villa has been tastefully renovated with modern comforts for a home-away-from-home feel. The two living rooms are bright and cosy, whilst the dining room and well-equipped kitchen are equally as lovely. The property is incredibly spacious, with six well-proportioned bedrooms and a seventh bedroom designed especially for children.
French doors open onto a large terrace with a barbecue overlooking the swimming pool, gardens and children's play area furnished with a swing. There is also a beautiful shaded dining area for long, leisurely lunches. Demeure Girondaise is perfectly poised within a short drive of Rauzan, Saint-Émilion and Libourne.
